As the Manager of Claims Change Management and Transformation you will develop change plans, manage resources and execute change strategies for complex projects that impact multiple claims disciplines. You will manage change on transformational initiatives by continuously analyzing the evolving needs of a project and applying change methodologies to improve the adoption of new initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing change support on all claims-related initiatives.
How You Will Create Impact:
- Identifying change risks, analyzing the change portfolio to avoid change saturation and developing recommendations on how to mitigate identified impacts to achieve business results.
- Engaging key stakeholders, project sponsors and management teams to communicate critical insights, change metrics, identified impacts and providing project plan updates.
- Staying abreast of emerging change trends to contribute to the advancement and maturity of change management in the claims operation.
- Driving collaboration and open communication with key stakeholders to grow the change capacity in claims and addressing escalated change concerns to maintain momentum and achieve project deliverables.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To Join Our Team:
- You have five years of experience in change management, with experience as a people leader.
- You have completed a post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
- You have obtained a change management certification from Prosci, the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) or the Change Management Institute (CMI).
- You have advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry standards and methodologies.
- You have in-depth experience designing and delivering change strategies and plans, including defining the scope, change metrics, and executing change tactics.
