In Applications and Admissions, we work to support potential students to have an enjoyable first experience with us as an organisation. Our services are delivered in partnership with faculties and supported by customer service and process governance framework.
We are on the lookout for an Admission Services Coordinator. You will be hardworking, a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
You’ll support essential administrative services in Admissions for applicants to be admitted to the University with key responsibilities including processing associated documentation for University admission and maintaining records and applications pertaining to these tasks.
You’ll be the first port of call for answering and assigning queries, communicating with applicants regarding their applications and build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role, on a fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) for 6 months. The salary range for this role is $55,300 – $60,500 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

He kōrero mōu | About you
- You will have advanced customer and stakeholder service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver this type of service.
- You will be a fantastic communicator (writing) and able to exhibit interpersonal effectiveness through behaviours that influence others and inspire co-operation and achievement.
- You will have demonstrated skills and experience in administration, preferably within a University environment.
- You will have experience using Oracle Service Cloud (or equivalent CRM tool) and Student Services Online (or similar Student Management System).
Please be aware, Our peak work period is between November and March, over this time, extended leave will not be feasible, please feel free to talk with us more during the recruitment process.
