We’re now looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Studio Manager (Video & Photography) to join our growing in-house creative team. You’ll be at the heart of our creative operations, supporting the day-to-day running of our in-house studio and facilitating seamless delivery of high-quality video and photo shoots. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, shoot logistics, studio upkeep, sample coordination, freelancer bookings, and post-production management, including overseeing retouch workflows.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in production, studio operations, or creative project management - who’s excited about beauty, content, and working behind the scenes to bring creative campaigns to life.

So, what will you be doing?

• Oversee the day-to-day running of our in-house studio (video and photography)
• Manage post-production timelines, including overseeing image and video selects, and coordinating retouching and editing
• Manage the master studio calendar and coordinate shoot schedules with creative and production teams
• Support on-set during shoots, acting as key point of contact for logistics, talent, and crew
• Ensure all final assets are properly named, organised, and uploaded to our digital asset management system in accordance with internal guidelines
• Ensure studio spaces are clean, organised, and fully equipped for each shoot
• Maintain and track studio equipment, props, and inventory
• Book and manage freelance crew, including photographers, videographers, stylists, MUAs, and assistants
• Coordinate delivery and return of samples
• Track timelines and shoot milestones, ensuring all assets are delivered on brief and on time
• Support with budget tracking, freelancer invoices, and shoot-related costs

• 3+ years of experience in a studio manager, shoot coordinator, or creative ops/production role (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
• Excellent project management and organisational skills - you keep multiple plates spinning with ease
• Experience managing shoot logistics, studio schedules, and post-production workflows
• A strong eye for detail and quality, especially in overseeing retouch and final asset delivery
• Comfortable working with creatives, producers, talent, and freelancers
• Familiarity with photo and video pre and post production processes and terminology
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a love of all things beauty and content
