Position Overview:

The TA Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of all interview coordination, as well as use their savvy people and customer care skills to ensure an incredible candidate experience. This person will be a reliable partner to the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can be a flexible and adapt quickly in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. A strong candidate will be naturally friendly, a quick problem solver, a master at multi-tasking with precise follow-through, and a believer in delivering white-glove service to every candidate.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters to provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first email introduction, throughout the interview process, to onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate video and in-person interviews utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop an intimate understanding of the business and their open roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent mapping to effectively build a robust pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates. Identify, attract, and assess top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to introduce candidates to the company, assess their qualifications, and ensure alignment with role requirements before advancing them in the hiring process.
  • Leverage talent acquisition data analytics and manage key recruiting KPIs to track hiring performance, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition support activities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable communicating across various platforms, and quick to adapt to new tools, technology, and social media trends.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in developing subject matter expertise and actively seeks growth opportunities.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
