The Consumer Analytics Specialist will be a key driver in transforming consumer data into meaningful actionable insights & recommendations that help shape our consumer understanding.
You will own the creation and evolution of strategy driven integrated consumer reporting working closely with the Collections & Innovations team, Digital Hub, and Markets. They will translate complex business questions into clear requirements for technical stakeholders for use in dashboard development and tools that will deepen our understanding of our consumers.
In this role, the Consumer Analytics Specialist will not only analyze & interpret consumer data in a creative way but also bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Consumer Analytics Manager to align on and refine strategic business questions that guide analysis
- Analyze 1st party consumer data and deliver data-driven insights & recommendations to leadership, cross-functional teams, and markets
- Manage and execute ad hoc requests by prioritizing, delivering analyses, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Partner with Data Analysts to optimize, enhance, & scale reporting tools based on Market needs and feedback
- Establish and improve ways of working by creating clear processes, documentation, and standards that enable smoother collaboration across teams
Your Impact
- Deliver clear, concise, and high-quality analyses that demonstrate a strong understanding on consumer performance
- Serve as a trusted business partner, by fostering collaboration, engaging stakeholders with clear communication, and ensuring their needs are understood, prioritized, and addressed with actionable insights.
- Present analyses that provide strategic guidance on consumer behavior and performance
- Leverage global and local tools to communicate consumer performance results
- Integrate stakeholder and ad hoc feedback to evaluate, enhance and scale technical solutions that drive business impact
Something About You
- Relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of marketing, strategy, or agency experience; CPG/ Retail experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data driven marketing, measurement, & data analysis techniques
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and various platform skills.
- Proficiency in working with major dashboarding platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- Basic understanding of Programming Language (SQL)
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools (Asana, Jira)
- Experience with collaboration across teams & Markets to deliver data driven insights & recommendations
