The Role
Join our Pure Storage Americas Monetization team as the Senior Analyst, Enterprise Deals to drive market growth by owning the pricing and structuring of our largest, most complex transactions in the USA and Canada. You will be the central force that balances revenue, profitability, and risk, moving quickly to secure high-value business wins. Your work directly impacts business growth by helping the company win deals, boost revenue, and balance profitability with risk. The core mission, known as Deal Monetization, is focused on three areas: execution (closing deals), enablement (making it easier for sales to sell smartly), and governance (ensuring long-term success and policy alignment).
What You'Ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end deal execution for high-value, non-standard Commercial, Enterprise, and PubSec opportunities, ensuring all transactions close successfully and align with our strategic profitability targets.
- Act as the strategic advisor to Sales and Go-to-Market leaders, designing and implementing innovative pricing and monetization frameworks that empower the field to sell smarter and maximize deal value.
- Own the deal governance process from inception to final sign-off, driving continuous improvements in structures, systems, and policies to build long-term scalability across the region.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to make smart, time-sensitive decisions and ensure deal proposals align with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Design and roll out enablement frameworks, pricing models, and necessary approval structures to empower our field teams to sell more effectively and efficiently.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of operational experience in functions like Deal Desk, Strategy, or Business Development at a technology firm.
- Experience handling non-standard deal structures, with a strong focus on balancing commercial creativity, risk management, and internal policy alignment.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and commercial modeling for complex, high-value B2B software or technology transactions.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and the capacity to synthesize complex business, legal, and financial constraints into clear, simple, and executable recommendations.
- A strategic mindset coupled with an owner's drive—you are comfortable taking full accountability for driving deal outcomes from strategy design to closure.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, necessary to advise and collaborate effectively with executive and cross-functional leaders.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or New York, New York office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
