Job Description

Procurement, order, processes, offer calculation

Tasks:

• Management of various procurement activities
• Receiving and processing orders and inquiries within standardized processes
• Support in coordinating purchasing activities with strategic and operational corporate procurement
• Assistance in evaluating investment proposals
• Support for the technical implementation of ongoing deal offer calculations in coordination with Sales and the providing departments
• Support and procurement-side assistance with tenders
• Tool-supported work
• Collection and analysis of data and key figures relevant to the area of responsibility
• Support in general procurement management tasks

Qualifications

• Completed 2-year vocational training or equivalent professional experience
• Systematic and structured working style
• Flexibility, resilience, and commitment
• Personal interest in the subject matter, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Strong team spirit
• Reliability and adherence to deadlines
• Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
• Proficient in standard MS Office products, SAP R/3 knowledge
• Affinity for working with numbers is desirable
• Ability to understand technical and commercial contexts is desirable
• Language skills: German C1, English B2
• Personality: Open, communicative, structured
