Summary:
The Senior Director, Global Sales Excellence will develop and execute a comprehensive sales excellence strategy, including sales training, marketing tool translation, and aligned sales incentives. This role will drive global sales leadership capabilities, transform Salesforce.com into a strategic platform, and design performance acceleration plans. Collaboration with commercial leaders and external agencies will ensure the global sales organization has the necessary resources. The Senior Director will also design scalable learning solutions, lead customer-centric initiatives, and build frontline leadership capabilities. The ultimate goal is to inspire and grow the Global Sales Excellence Team, driving transformational sales capabilities and commercial excellence across markets.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop a sales excellence strategy for the company including sales training, translation of marketing tools/message into selling framework, aligned sales incentive compensation, and SF/data usage to drive insights and actions
•    Drive global sales leadership capability building to strengthen customer-centric strategies and elevate satisfaction across diverse markets
•    Lead the transformation of Salesforce.com into a strategic enterprise platform, enabling cross-business visibility and actionable insights to optimize sales force performance.
•    Oversee the design of targeted performance acceleration plans for sales teams, driving differentiated customer experiences and measurable business outcomes
•    Collaborate with commercial leaders across the organization at the VP and General Manager level to understand market dynamics, competitive pressures and business needs. Use these insights to create an aligned global approach to sales excellence.
•    Work with outside agencies/consultants to bring in sales frameworks and ensure that globally our sales organization has the resources they need to be successful
•    Design and deliver scalable learning solutions that elevate the commercial acumen and strategic capabilities of global sales organization
•    Lead the execution of customer-centric initiatives by enabling, coaching, and monitoring sales teams to consistently deliver high-impact experiences and drive satisfaction metrics
•    Build frontline leadership capability through targeted coaching development programs, driving improved team effectiveness and sales outcomes
•    Architect and implement a scalable performance framework designed to position the organization as an industry-leading commercial team by systematically enhancing sales effectiveness across global markets
•    Deploy a data-driven evaluation and performance monitoring system to continuously assess and elevate the impact of sales associates, aligning individual contributions with strategic business objectives
•    Partner with General Managers to lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing global Sales Development team, driving capability growth, operational excellence, and market impact
•    Lead, inspire, and grow the Global Sales Excellence Team to drive transformational sales capabilities, operational impact, and commercial excellence across markets

  • Work Experience Requirements
  •     Number of Overall Years Necessary: 15+
  •    10+ years of overall experience in healthcare, preferably medical devices
  •    10+ years of sales management and training experience
  •    Successful track record and knowledge in the ostomy, wound care, or continence care industry is desirable
  •    Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales process, CRM and management concepts
  • Education Requirements
  •    Bachelor’s Degree 
  •    MBA or equivalent experience required

  • What We Offer: 
  •    The anticipated base salary range for this position is £150,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors
  •    This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister discretionary Corporate Bonus Scheme
