A Day In The Life:

As the Commercial Project Manager, you'll be the dynamic leader orchestrating cross-functional teamwork to kick off and shape groundbreaking projects! Imagine crafting a rock-solid strategy and timeline that unites talents from every corner of the company. You'll own the task execution journey, collaborating with supply chain wizards to ensure every project hits the finish line on time. Acting as the vibrant bridge between commercial and supply chain leadership and project teams, you'll guide them through thrilling project milestones and checkpoints. With your keen eye, you'll prioritize risks and uncover opportunities, steering the team towards success at every turn!

The Impact You'Ll Make:

  • Lead Project scope in stage one with cross functional team to work through challenges such as plant and process or regulatory readiness.
  • Develop timeline and workplan for all incoming NPD (New Product Development) projects based on project statement of Work and scoping with Supply chain leadership.
  • Prepare, lead, organize and host commercialization meetings with various NPD (New Product Development), supply chain, and commercial stakeholders. Host additional ad hoc meetings or implement meetings necessary for team work and decision making as art of escalation or focus tactics.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings and ensure information is shared appropriately with leadership team. Identify actionable items and update trackers for internal NPD (New Product Development) stakeholders as well as commercial and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Provide project updates for Stage Gate reporting to senior leadership, including critical path summary, risk assessments, options to facilitate decision making.
  • Master high level focus on the “ big picture” with tactical execution of plan. Manage timelines by connecting all dots and understanding key cross-functional dependencies.
  • Anticipate problems and create contingency plans. Uncover roadblocks and define critical paths. Identify resource constraints.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, MBA, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership in consumer packaged goods or a related business function.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in project management
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint) other project management/team collaboration tools.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: New product development, commercialization or brand management experience is preferred
