Job Description

• Support in planning, controlling, and optimizing production orders in electronics manufacturing
• Creation and maintenance of bills of materials, work plans, and production documentation
• Participation in the introduction of new products and technologies into series production
• Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes within project frameworks
• Close collaboration with development, purchasing, production, and quality assurance departments
• Gradual assumption of responsibility with the goal of a future leadership position in production planning

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) in electronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in production, work preparation, or production planning is an advantage
• CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo); ideally experience with SAP
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and motivation to take on leadership responsibilities

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
