About The Role:
Responsible for selling the organization's products and/or services on an omnichannel basis. Locate, evaluate, and recruit potential accounts. Develop partnerships throughout the sales process and marketing activities at respective and targeted accounts and/or services through a base of Account partners such as hospitals, pharmacies, corporations, and wholesalers. Maximize revenue by identifying, locating, evaluating, and recruiting potential accounts and account support throughout sales and marketing-oriented activities. Build good relationships and liaise with distributors, aiming for customer satisfaction related to stock availability and the delivery process. Conduct strategic, regular business reviews with stakeholders at respective accounts for objective setting, achievements update, and to better understand their needs to achieve goals. Conduct a cross-functional regular review for better alignment to achieve objective setting.
Sales Strategy & Implementation Management :
- Implement trading and channel management initiatives, maximizing revenue of products from the base of reseller partners, eg, Wholesalers, retailers, and pharmacies
- Coordinating the implementation of trading and channel management initiatives
- Develop a tactical field action plan against product selling and monitor the implementation of such a plan to ensure alignment with the expected outcome
- Referring to the divisional objective, set regional targets as direct responsibility, including resource budgets (human and financial), and conduct regular achievement reviews of the respective target areas to ensure their performance is in line with objectives
- Monitor national business plan to ensure resources are directed to regions of greatest potential with appropriateness of intended actions, implementation, and that resources are directed to districts as planned
Relationship Management
- Ensure a customer database is in place, profiling customers against potential for business
- Maintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customers
- Ensure an optimal level of calling activity with key target customers
- Leverage key customer relationships to gain market intelligence on market trends and evolution to assist successful formulary listing on time
- In collaboration with marketing, conduct a SWOT analysis of the market/competitors to identify national business opportunities and produce a sales plan with field tactics for promoted products
Operational Excellence
- Regularly evaluate sales achievement in each region and provide recommendations for any improvement, necessary
- Initiatively cooperate with the Business Unit Director and respective Sales Manager to conduct a SWOT analysis against the market and/or competitors to identify possibilities of business opportunity
- Communicate vision, field tactical, and sales target clearly to related stakeholders to reach agreement, understanding, and alignment amongst each business function as planned
- Ensure availability of meaningful and accurate sales statistics (e.g., ETMS summary reports) for management information
- Monitor regions’ administration/ expenses, ensuring these comply with guidelines, budget, local regulatory requirements, and the Company Marketing Best Practices
- Monitor the team’s monthly reports to ensure relevance and implementation of intended actions
- Adherence to Company, local, and global policies and procedures
Who Are You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Professional experience in sales or account management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Results-driven with a focus on customer value.
- Collaborative team player with a global mindset.
- Agile and adaptable to changing business environments.
