About the Role

Operations generalist owning lead-response, pipeline hygiene, and cross-team execution so interested prospects move to booked calls fast.

What You’Ll Do:

• Work across lead management and outreach operations
• Keep inboxes and LinkedIn messages organized and up to date
• Log and maintain accurate data in Ashby to track campaign performance
• Convert interested leads into booked meetings through Ashby
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain clean lead records
• Import weekly reports, update campaign tags, and share performance metrics

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years in operations or product ops
• Excellent organization and clear communication
• Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
• Proactive and always willing to learn

Interview Process

• Screening call w/ recruiting lead (20 min)
• Intro call w/ Founding Engineer (15 min)
• In-office interview (full day)
