Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage consulting projects related to strategy, organization, and processes within the real estate lifecycle
• Develop business, service, operational, and operator concepts tailored to client needs
• Design customized structures for controlling, budgeting, reporting, and benchmarking
• Prepare profitability analyses, financial feasibility studies, and make-or-buy evaluations
• Initiate and establish new ideas, processes, and innovative business models in the real estate sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, and users, while actively supporting business development and acquisition initiatives

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate consulting or a similar role
• Previous experience in a data center project is a must
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting abilities with strong client orientation
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel nationally depending on project requirements
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
