We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic data transformation program focused on semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, ontologies, and enterprise data governance.
This is a pivotal role driving the company’s next-generation data initiatives, connecting technology, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple global teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Drive the delivery of a large-scale data transformation program integrating semantic technology and enterprise data architecture.
• Tooling & Platform Management: Oversee MVP deployments, platform ownership, and integration with enterprise systems and repositories.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead multi-vendor RFP processes, evaluate SaaS vs. internal solutions, and coordinate with procurement, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and R&D stakeholders.
• Migration Execution: Manage repository migrations, ontology integration testing, and technical dependencies across multiple domains.
• Governance & Frameworks: Establish ontology governance processes, FAIR principles, and integration with Agile and enterprise data frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align technical, operational, and business teams to ensure cohesive delivery across 25+ workstreams.
• Risk & Delivery Management: Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to achieve milestones within a 6–9 month transformation timeline. 

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience with semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, ontologies, and taxonomies.
• Strong background in enterprise system integration (e.g., Collibra, enterprise repositories).
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-vendor RFPs and complex procurement processes.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks and governance models in large organizations.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic coordination skills.
