Job Description

As a MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, planning, and implementing an entire plant engineering project through budget definition, team member management, supplier research, and project delivery planning.

• Manage complex plant engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical coordination of the plant design team.
• Foster and strengthen collaboration with both new and existing subcontractors.
• Contribute ideas and constructive solutions, combining client requirements with design concepts developed by external engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines, financial requirements, legal standards, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering with a background in Project & Construction Management.
• Professional experience in MEP projects with a background in Project & Construction Management.
• Experience in industrial and Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and applicable regulations.
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, results orientation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills acquired through previous professional experiences.
• Fluent knowledge (spoken and written) in English; German will be considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the national territory.
• Possession of a category B driving license and willingness to drive.
