Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers, kpi’s, and business performance? Join our fast-paced, innovative team as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst and play a key role in driving financial insights and supporting decision-making across the business.

What You'Ll Do

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a critical partner to our Sales and Client Management teams, contributing to our revenue strategy and operational excellence through:

• Leading revenue budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Developing and maintaining pricing models and rate cards for new and existing services.
• Conducting project valuations to assess profitability and ROI.
• Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in close coordination with Commercial teams.
• Supporting business leaders with actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
• Proven expertise in revenue planning, pricing strategies, and project valuation
• Advanced Excel, Financial Modeling skills, and willingness to innovate
• English level C1 or above – strong communication is key
• Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Lucanet
• Nice to have: skills in Tableau, PowerBi or other BI tools
