Job Description

Main Tasks And Goals:

• User support for CRM BP and CRM CE;
• Training on the CRM tool;
• Business responsible for evolutionary maintenance (testing and change management support) / Key contact for BPCE IT;
• Possible deployment to the region for any reinforcement needs;
• Support during peak periods for campaigns – backup for CRM campaign manager BP/CE;
• Management of CRM projects (In support of the Team Leader).

Qualifications

• Marketing or Project Management degree; 
• CRM (Adobe Campaign) - good knowledge;
• Fluent in French an English (minimum B2).

• Communicative;
• Reactive;
• Organized.
