Job Description

  1. Maintenance of information bases and KPI's dashboards.
  2. Business analysis generation.
  3. Distributions and suggested orders.
  4. Management of annual customer booking.
  5. Development of monthly supply needs (forecasting).
  6. Communication and attention to assigned customer needs.
  7. Follow up on required inventory reservations, allocations and customer deliveries.
  8. Delivery of executive summaries of business status.
  9. Development of presentations for business follow-up meetings (internal and external).

Qualifications

  1. 2 years of experience in the commercial and/or consumer industry.
  2.  Basic knowledge of account management, sales techniques and strategies, and commercial indicators.
  3. Inventory management Tolerance to frustration and control of work under pressure.
  4. Accountability
  5. Advanced Office (Excel)
  6. Basic Knowledge in Tableau
  7. Intermediate-Advanced English
