Main Responsibilities
- Consult with line managers and employees to provide HR guidance and solutions
- Act as HR generalist role reflecting the local character of HR. Provide daily HR activities of full employee life cycle, in the areas of staffing & termination, employee movement, performance management, overall C&B activities including quarterly SIP payout, annual salary review, employee learning & development coordination, etc.
- Take the role as point of main interface with internal stakeholders and the service hub, to ensure smooth internal HR operation process & implementation. Ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices, local laws and regulations
- Develop pragmatic local HR solutions to cater for business needs and improve employee engagement via common or tailor-made approaches
- Roll-out new HR concepts across the organization and contribute ideas in optimization projects
- Act as a HR representative and focal point for business audit, customer audit, government audit, etc
- Drive the employee relationship management. Handle employee grievances, complaints and special cases, union management (where applicable)
- Take in charge of HR reporting and data analysis. Collaborate with country, regional and global HR colleagues on various HR topics
- Manage site facilities management
- Other HR and site administration related projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience in a multinational company. Prior experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and in site/office administration and facilities management is preferred.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems)
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, set and execute to work plans, and exhibit good team collaboration spirits.
- Ability to perform consistently within a fast-paced environment, driving multiple priorities, with a pro-active and high-energy approach.
