Senior Engineering Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in building reliable, scalable, and secure systems. You will partner closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical execution, align priorities, and drive impactful outcomes aligned with company OKRs.

Strong communication and leadership are essential — you’ll bridge product and engineering, ensuring clarity, alignment, and collaboration across teams.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Product Management to define vision, set priorities, and track delivery against business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Drive engineering excellence in architecture, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Oversee system performance, stability, and process improvements across teams.
• Measure and communicate business impact and team performance to stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce consistent engineering standards, tools, and best practices.
• Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high-trust engineering culture.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and evolving business priorities.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to make informed architectural and trade-off decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for fintech, blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
• Experience driving impact in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proactive, outcome-oriented, and skilled at balancing autonomy with accountability.
• Proficiency with Jira, Notion, Git, and monitoring or observability tools.
• Commitment to developing people, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
