About The Role:

Our IT team may be small, but our impact is company-wide. Over the past year, we’ve laid strong foundations in device management, SaaS governance, asset tracking, and compliance. We’re now ready to take these systems further, creating the secure, supportive, and seamless environment our people need to thrive.

As a Systems Administrator, your mission is to help our people feel confident, supported, and safe in the tools they use every day. You’ll provide trusted escalation support, strengthen compliance and governance practices, optimise SaaS platforms, and partner with Canva’s IT organisation on shared projects, such as identity platform migration and email security. This is a role where you’ll quickly become a go-to partner for colleagues while also shaping how IT scales with Leonardo’s growth.

What You'Ll Do:

Day-To-Day Support

• Provide thoughtful 2nd and 3rd-level IT and AV support across Mac and Windows.
• Partner with Canva, vendors, and internal teams to maintain reliable and user-friendly systems.
• Maintain IT documentation and processes that are clear, accessible, and up-to-date.

Strategic Projects

• Administer and optimise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Atlassian, SSO/IAM).
• Strengthen compliance and governance (SOC 2, GDPR), embedding them into daily workflows.
• Drive automation, licensing efficiency, and process improvements that make IT seamless as we scale.

Skills We Value

• Experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows device management (Intune, Jamf, or similar).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian administration.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, SSO, and IAM/IdP systems.
• Awareness of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR).
• Collaborative problem-solving style with clear and empathetic communication.
