Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• To plan and drive one of the Banca Retail Region to meet Company’s business targets and productivity.
• To provide support to Banca Retail team in terms of products, claims, policy management, underwriting and operational matters
• To drive sales for Banca Retail Region and Insurance Specialists .
• To manage Sales Specialist’s activities to ensure they are on track to meet their production targets.
• To develop team members to achieve team’s productivity targets (together with Insurance Specialists)
• To drive transformation concept (Joy@Work and Digital Way) within the team and to liaise with all stakeholders to drive the newly launched sales projects/ initiatives
• To drive and motivate GI Drivers @ the ground in order to create a high performing Sales Team
• To join field with Banca Retail Team for roadshow, customers appointment/activities
