Senior planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily production planning supporting & ERP handling with Netherlands’ 3PL team.
• Remotely monitor the daily cycle counting activities in European Distribution Center to increase the inventory accuracy with less impact on delivery performance.
• Timely order confirmation & Good overview for all open Sales Orders, keep on tracking on any overdue risk.
• Tracking on the materials shortage , good coordination for urgent cases.
• Release and Tracking PO to meet Netherlands’ 3PL demand.
• Good arrangement for containers to Netherlands’, improve container utilization.
• Monthly/ weekly analysis for the on time delivery, root cuase finding & improvement suggestion.
• Other jobs assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• College degree or above.
• Background in manufacturing enterprise, working in purchase department/material planning for min 3 years.
• Be familiar with Office:good skills on data analysis and making reports, knowledge on ERP is preferred.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
