What You Will Do

• Evaluate creditworthiness of clients using financial analysis and risk modelling.
• Structure and negotiate leveraged transactions aligned with internal risk appetite.
• Monitor credit risk KPIs including bad debt, churn, and vetting outcomes.
• Deliver financial objectives and maintain high-quality accounting standards.
• Provide regular reporting to Finance Operations and Business Partners.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead succession planning and business planning for the CTC team.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance diagnostics.
• Prepare and present detailed credit risk reports to senior management.
• Support operational process and control issue resolution.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in leveraged finance or structured transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with adaptability to change and ambiguity.
• Proficient in S4 Hana/SAP, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit modelling, and risk assessment tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in Robotics or project handling is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes.
