As a Talent Sourcer at Plivo, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.This is a high-ownership role where your ability to combine strategic sourcing expertise, strong communication skills, and technical acumen will directly influence our hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build, manage, and maintain robust candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, GTM, etc.).
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Behance, AngelList, StackOverflow, etc.) to identify top talent.
  • Proactively map talent markets, understand emerging hiring trends, and track key competitors.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand each role - technical, behavioral, and cultural requirements.
  • Participate in intake meetings, provide market intelligence, and suggest sourcing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive employer brand experience.
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that reflect Plivo’s brand and mission.
  • Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and updates.
  • Represent Plivo authentically to prospective candidates, articulating our value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data on sourcing activities using ATS and dashboards.
  • Share weekly reports and insights with the TA team - pipeline health, outreach conversion, and market insights.
  • Continuously explore and recommend new tools, techniques, and sourcing channels to improve efficiency.

What We’Re Looking For :

  • 2 - 5 years of talent sourcing experience in a corporate TA team or recruitment agency.
  • Exceptional communication, articulation, and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand complex technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.).
  • Comfortable discussing tech skills, tools, and frameworks with candidates.
  • Strong command over Boolean logic, X-ray search, and candidate discovery techniques.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS or other sourcing platforms.
  • Highly proactive, data-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
