About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll help strengthen global recruitment partnerships, lead strategic talent initiatives, and identify talent that will help Magnet Forensics continue to grow. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to support recruitment efforts across the organization, including executive-level hiring. Your experience in tech industry recruitment and global hiring, combined with a data-driven approach, will support the continuous development of our talent programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment support across various functions and geographies as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a collaborative approach with internal teams.
Executive Recruitment: Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes, partnering closely with senior leadership to identify and attract talent.
Talent Acquisition Programs & Projects: Lead, and implement strategic TA initiatives, and process improvements.
Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee global relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, cost-effectiveness, and quality of service.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Design and evolve recruitment dashboards and metrics to allow for data driven decision making.
Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in recruitment by exploring emerging technologies like AI and advancing tools, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including executive search and global hiring
- Proven success recruiting in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of building partnerships in recruitment with Hiring Managers and Business Partners
- Experience managing global agency/vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, proactively tackle complex recruitment challenges, and deliver strategic, actionable solutions that drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Familiarity with global labor markets and employment practices
- Experience building and managing talent pipelines
- Background in employer branding, talent marketing and/or HR Business Partnerships is a plus

Compensation:
- The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
- MIN: $92,400 - MID: $132,000 - MAX: $158,400 - Currency: CAD
