The Democratic Governors Association (DGA), the campaign committee responsible for electing and supporting Democratic Governors, is seeking a Campaign Services Associate for the 2025-2026 cycle. This individual will report directly to the Candidate Services Director and Digital Campaign Services Director and be heavily involved in the work of electing Democratic Governors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and wants to learn the ins and outs of campaigns and political committees. The salary for this position is $70,000 annually before benefits and applicable withholdings. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Campaign Services department with scheduling for individual team members and the Political Team at large;
- Help the Candidate Services and Digital Campaign Services teams manage tracking for internal purposes and campaign teams, including but not limited to digital spending, ads, and targeting; external partnerships; and campaign finance reports;
- Prepare materials and briefings for governors’ teams for DGA political events, campaign events and appearances, and other materials as needed;
- Manage and maintain internal resume banks and communications with interested staff candidates;
- Coordinate campaign utilization of DGA office spaces including managing scheduling and reservations, and create and manage an internal process to ensure we are maximizing teams' time in office;
- Work with the DGA team to coordinate candidate attendance to conferences and other DGA events.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one cycle, or equivalent experience on political campaigns, political consulting firms, with elected officials, campaign committees, or progressive organizations strongly preferred;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks;
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously, and be responsive;
- Must be comfortable with long, irregular hours during peak seasons.
