RahrBSG is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Shakopee, MN. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing data related to procurement, supplier performance, inventory, and logistics. This role ensures that supply chain data is accurate, reliable, and available for decision-making across procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning functions. The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations, and IT to deliver actionable intelligence that supports business objectives, improves processes, and drives efficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather supply chain data from ERP, procurement, logistics, and warehouse systems.
- Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Serve as the primary owner of supply chain data integrity, resolving discrepancies and maintaining master data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply chain performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide validated datasets for use in demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecasting.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for supply chain leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable data.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization through advanced analytics and modeling.
- Partner with procurement, logistics, operations, and planning teams to provide accurate data for decision-making.
- Support supply chain leadership with ad hoc analysis, ensuring data quality for strategic initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between IT/data teams and supply chain stakeholders to improve system integration and reporting tools.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
- Identify gaps in data quality and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Standardize data management practices across the supply chain function.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and recommend new approaches for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs, demonstrating flexibility, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.
Minimum Education & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain analytics (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical experience with Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data preparation, rationalization, and processing.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Proven self-starter and builder with a solid analytical background and an immense curiosity to tell stories through data.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and metrics.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable distilling large sets of data into succinct, actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of supply chain analytics and how to leverage and distribute them.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project planning/strategizing skills.
- Proven technical skills in creating visually appealing reporting and dashboards.
- Proven intellectual curiosity to dig into data, understand root cause and implications, and challenge assumptions to ensure the best outcome.
- Ability to work well under pressure, successfully navigate ambiguity, and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, often unpredictable environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Recognizes quickly when progress is stalling and takes immediate action to get back on track.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
