About The Role
The Program Management Office (PMO) at DriveWealth is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies and support the team in delivering impactful projects. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to enhance their skills in a dynamic fintech environment.
What You’Ll Do
- Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives
- Support the PMO team in tracking project milestones and deliverables utilizing tools such as Jira
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on project progress and identifying potential risks
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes
- Help maintain project documentation and assist in the development of project presentations and reports
What You’Ll Need
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence and/or MS-Project) is a plus
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about project management and the fintech industry
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in the NY-metro area; relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026
