About The Role:

Are you excited about building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact in a fast-paced business environment? Our Partner Management team helps strengthen connections with our partners and ensures they have the necessary tools to grow with us. 

As a summer intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in customer success and business operations, working on real projects that streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and shape the partner experience. This is a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and see how partnerships drive company growth.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Work with our CRM and partner systems to organize, clean, and analyze partner data
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that highlight partner performance and insights
  • Help improve processes and documentation that make our team more efficient
  • Support partner communications, such as newsletters, training, and program updates
  • Contribute to special projects such as partner segmentation, forecasting, or researching competitor programs

What You’Ll Need:

  • A strong eye for detail and solid organizational skills
  • Comfort working in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; CRM knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and interest in customer success, partnerships, or business operations

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week 
  • Must reside in the NY-metro area; relocation support will not be provided
  • Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026

This is a full-time, in-person internship involving 40 hours per week. Deadline to apply is Friday, October 31, 2025

  • Compensation
  • Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
  • Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range$35$35 USD
