We are seeking a ticketing platform lead, who will play a critical role in gFiber’s ticketing implementation and strategy.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineering Lead to own GFiber’s enterprise ticketing and workflow platform strategy and implementation, delivering scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions that improve internal operations and enhance customer experience

Role Description

This leadership position is centered on the ServiceNow platform, encompassing the full scope of GFiber's ServiceNow implementation, from establishing governance to enforcing best practices. This role is both strategic and hands on you will define platform standards while also guiding technical design and delivery.

In This Role, You’Ll:

  • Act as a platform owner for GFiber’s ServiceNow implementation, establishing and enforcing platform governance for best-practices.
  • Exercise strong technical leadership in the ServiceNow implementation including design and code-review. 
  • Exercise strong strategic leadership by understanding business requirements and working with stakeholders and cross functional teams towards a world class operations and customer experience at GFiber.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Onsite and Offshore Application Engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, implementation, and administrative. experience and strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite.
  • 3 years of experience working with databases, structured data, and schema design.

It’S Preferred If You Have:

  • Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) applications using REST and oAuth.
  • Experience with multiple ticketing solutions including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others.
  • Exposure to Identity Management and Single Sign on implementations.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $139,200 - $203,300 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
