Position Overview

Partner with Copywriter to develop, design and execute concept and layout for cross channel advertising initiatives.  Create visual concepts with a social focus that will deliver client’s message in the most persuasive and unexpected manner that drives success and attention for the brand. A role that needs a deep understanding of how to work for a destination, social community and drive conversational impact. Reports to the Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Group Creative Director or Executive Creative Director.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner with copywriter to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to meet our Famously Effective standard
  • Receive and implement feedback from creative leads
  • Communicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, and Production team members to ensure all deliverable and deadlines are met
  • Working on a variety of projects across multiple channels
  • Developing strong visual concepts that'll drive social impact
  • Own the visual pitch deck building process
  • Support teams through all phases of the project form ideation through production
  • Assist creative leaders with client presentations/deliverables
  • Remain current on latest creative trends globally. Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry. Only by gaining an understanding of what kind of work moves you and what it takes to get there, you will then be able to create work that moves others.
  • Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions
  • Remain curious about pop culture, social media trends and your audience's interests and behaviors in order to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns. Bring the outside world into our work, so our brands can join the conversation. 

What You Will Need:

  • 2-3+ of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record 
  • Experience working across all channels
  • Deep understanding of the Vegas space and it's audience
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience
  • Solid verbal communication skills
  • Deep social experience and organic success across platforms
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AI Tools, or other similar tools

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
