We are expanding the team to look for a Research Manager. The Manager will lead the team in analyzing, identifying, and addressing performance gaps in overseas markets. The team will work as a liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership to develop strategies, improve operational efficiencies, with the target to support market growth. Reporting to our COO, this role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of platform, technology, and international markets.

What You'Ll Do
- Analyze market performance metrics to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand operational challenges and align improvement strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement solutions for operational inefficiencies, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, backed by business intelligence and market insights.
- Act as a key point of contact for overseas market performance-related queries.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the Senior Associate.
What You'Ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in platform and technology, consulting, or international business operations.
- Strong in analytics, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working in international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances.
