Senior iOS Engineer (Swift) - 6 Month Contract

About The Role

Contract: Full-time, 6 months (renewable)

We’re hiring a Senior iOS Engineer (Swift) who is truly AI-native—fluent in using agentic AI tools and co-pilots to accelerate delivery, automate workflows, and raise engineering quality. You’ll design, build, and ship high-quality iOS features while driving efficiency through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications in Swift.
• Use AI coding agents/co-pilots to speed feature development, reduce toil, and improve code quality.
• Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring by integrating AI into CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Own performance, stability, and scalability of iOS builds with proactive monitoring and debugging.
• Continuously identify opportunities to embed AI workflows for measurable productivity and velocity gains.

Requirements

What We’Re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Expert-level Swift with deep knowledge of UIKit/SwiftUI, concurrency, and modern iOS frameworks.
• Demonstrate Solid experience ed, hands-on use of AI agents/co-pilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit Agents, custom LLM integrations).
• Strong understanding of using AI to automate unit tests, regression tests, and deployments.
• with CI/CD, Git, and App Store release processes.
• Problem-solver who evaluates trade-offs and ships pragmatic solutions quickly.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating in a distributed, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience with cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Background in mobile security, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Prior experience in startups or fast-scaling products.
