The Role
IEQ Capital is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Senior Associate to join our Marketing Team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that elevate IEQ’s brand presence, support business development, and strengthen relationships with our clients and partners.
The Marketing Senior Associate will partner closely with advisors, senior firm leadership, and the broader marketing team to create and deliver high-impact content, digital campaigns, and events. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a proven ability to produce polished, professional materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with design expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Pro; experienced with Salesforce, MailChimp, and Outreach marketing platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising, SEO, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Self-directed with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- High level of integrity, humility, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Content Management
- Assist in developing and distributing marketing content, including articles, white papers, press releases, and social media.
- Support the content calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to produce marketing materials and thought leadership assets aligned with IEQ’s brand.
- Contribute to outbound campaigns, templates, and reporting on content performance and engagement.
- Digital Advertising & Online Presence
- Support digital advertising strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, and third-party vendors.
- Manage website updates and SEO efforts in coordination with external partners.
- Execute digital campaigns, podcast promotions, and inbound initiatives; report on advertising, SEO, and pipeline performance.
- Events & Conferences
- Assist with planning and execution of firm-wide and advisor-level events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Partner with advisors and leadership on event communications, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage conference workflows including programming, Salesforce tracking, and attendee engagement, while contributing to investor relations initiatives.
- Brand & IEQ Assets
- Ensure consistency of marketing efforts with IEQ’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Support coordination and relationship management with marketing vendors across brand initiatives, gifting and swag, digital advertising, and related projects.
- Support brand-related initiatives including awards submissions, bios, headshots, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with Research and Family Office teams to integrate content and messaging.
- Operational & Miscellaneous
- Manage team operations to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely completion of projects and goals.
- Partner with the Marketing Associate to prioritize team projects and maximize impact.
- Contribute to accurate Salesforce data tied to marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Research, and Family Office as thought partners in marketing.
- Support budget management, operational reporting, internship programs, and ad hoc projects.

Compensation
