Summary/Objective

The Senior Process Automation Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess and resolve business challenges by identifying root causes and guiding stakeholders to consensus. Leveraging their technical expertise, they develop and configure automation solutions to enhance productivity. This role requires strong facilitation and communication skills to effectively liaise with and influence stakeholders, ensuring the design of more efficient and effective processes.

Essential Functions.

  • Leads process automation projects from inception to deployment, ensuring comprehensive oversight.Gathers and analyzes requirements, developing detailed project plans and timelines. Collaborates closely with business stakeholders, to align project goals and expectations. Develops and executes communication plans to ensure clear and consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.    
  • Engages in critical thinking and problem-solving activities to design and implement technical solutions, including comprehensive process mapping. Works closely with developers and contractors to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution.
  • Guarantees all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and conform to industry best practices. 
  • Provides subject matter expertise to the automation of standardized, repetitive, and rule-based processes using low code/no code and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. Configures solutions where appropriate and collaborates with developers for more complex designs. Ensures thorough user experience testing to validate and refine automated solutions.
  • Assess existing automation and processes for optimization opportunities, prioritize in backlog, implement improvements, and monitor their success after implementation.
  • Ensures automation opportunities are prioritized effectively to ensure high-value, low risk opportunities are implemented first.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation for all work products.
  • Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.

This role does not have supervisory responsibility.

Required Skills, Education And Experience

  • 6+ years of project management or business analyst experience.
  • Technical experience developing low code/no code automation.
  • Experience with business analysis activities including business process management, process improvement, business process re-engineering, financial analysis, enterprise analysis, or Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Experience with leading the evaluation and prioritization of technical improvement opportunities.

Preferred Skills, Education And Experience

  • BA or BS in related field
  • Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Lean Six Sigma certification – Yellow or Green Belt
  • Certification in one or multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation/ cognitive technologies

Work Environment

Compensation Information:

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $93,918.39 and $117,397.99 plus annual bonus

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Anticipated Application Window:
