We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, a passion for building intuitive and engaging digital products, and the drive to mentor junior designers. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct interviews, usability testing, and research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, and information architecture to clearly communicate design intentions.
• Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs that showcase user interactions and visual elements.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design specifications.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across products.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, supporting their growth and design practices.
• Iterative Design: Apply an iterative design process to refine solutions based on user feedback and performance data.
• Advocacy: Promote user-centered design principles within the organization and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).
• Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
