We’re hiring a Mid-level Python Developer to design, implement, and evolve a multi‑agent AI system alongside data scientists, software engineers, and statisticians. You’ll join client calls in English and help deliver robust, observable, and secure production solutions.
Key responsibilities-Build and orchestrate AI agents (workflows, tools, memory/retrieval, coordination).-Integrate LLMs and supporting services (RAG, vector stores, function/tool calling, external APIs).-Write tests, add logging/monitoring, and support the release cycle.-Partner with data scientists on agent evaluation (offline/online metrics, A/B testing).-Document architecture, technical decisions, and best‑practice usage.
Requirements-Strong Python skills applied to AI products.-Advanced SQL required; experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and performant queries.-Hands‑on experience with LLMs and agents (prompting, tool calling, basic RAG).-Knowledge of at least one agent framework: LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, or similar.-Clear English communication with client stakeholders.
Nice to have-LLM observability (tracing/metrics) and automated evaluation experience.-Familiarity with vector stores and queues/events.-Containers/CI/CD and security/guardrails for AI.
