  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data led approach, to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to the look and feel of our B2B brands.
  • Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
  • Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, while also monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and being competitive.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience with Regulated markets.
  • Proven CRM experience within the Entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
