Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology and design work.
As a Principal Product Manager – Enterprise Delivery Management, you will orchestrate enterprise-level delivery across complex, cross-pyramid initiatives. Partnering with senior leaders across Product, Tech, and UX, you will accelerate speed-to-market and speed-to-value while ensuring organizational alignment and optimizing enterprise planning routines. Working closely with Enterprise Product Strategy, you will act as the orchestration leader for enterprise product and tech priorities by aligning roadmaps and delivery outcomes across multiple pyramids, establishing consistent cadences that bring transparency to progress and risks, and driving enterprise delivery for the most critical initiatives spanning multiple domains. You will ensure dependencies are surfaced and resolved quickly and serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for executives. By navigating competing priorities, addressing blockers, and driving alignment on enterprise sequencing and prioritization, you will champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level orchestration across Product, Tech, and UX to ensure delivery of strategic business outcomes through technology.
- Facilitate enterprise delivery cadences, ensuring consistency and alignment across pyramids.
- Influence, coach, and mentor product, tech, and UX leaders on scaling delivery practices and removing systemic impediments.
- Anticipate, escalate, and resolve systemic blockers that threaten delivery of enterprise priorities.
- Partner with executive leadership and Enterprise Product Strategy to align delivery outcomes with business strategy, financial goals, and guest value.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready communications and artifacts (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, updates) that drive decision-making and transparency at the enterprise level.
About You:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a technology product environment
- Must have enterprise delivery management and product and agile coaching experience
- Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology senior leaders
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
- Expertise in delivery methods, agile practices, enterprise planning, and orchestration frameworks
- Leadership presence with a proven track record of accelerating speed-to-market and speed-to-value
- Passion for shaping enterprise delivery management practices and fostering accountability, transparency, and team-driven decision-making
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
