About This Job
We are seeking a technically adept customer success professional to support NielsenIQ’s Consumer Panel Data Extracts and Data Feed Practice. This role will own the client relationship of all active aggregated and disaggregated consumer panel data feed / extract customers. NielsenIQ delivers panel extracts across (3) unique panels assets within North America.
This is a client facing role, with the goal of maximizing client health, creating success stories / ROI case studies, and leading the renewal process—not a commission-based position, but accountable for client health and a successful renewal.
Responsibilities
- Primary Objective:
- Own the client relationship of active panel extract clients with the goal of improving client health and leading a successful renewal.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead / manage the client relationship.
- Create ROI / success stories with each client at least once per year.
- Lead the renewal for all subscription clients and recommend upgrade options.
- Responsible for overall client health
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing client relationships in the market research and / or software sectors
- 2+ years of consumer panel experience.
- 2+ years working with clean rooms or modern data-sharing technologies.
- 2+ years working with both disaggregated and aggregated data extracts.
- 3+ years managing subscription renewal sales cycles
- 2+ years creating client health scorecards and ROI stories

Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
