We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and highly organized PR Lead to partner with the SVP of Investor Relations & Public Relations in transforming our communications function into a world-class operation. This role is ideal for a dynamic communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, media engagement, and emerging technologies.
The PR Lead will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner, driving strategic initiatives, managing high-impact projects, and amplifying the company’s voice across global media and stakeholder channels.
What A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Strategic Communications Leadership: Develop and execute integrated public relations strategies that align with corporate goals and elevate the company’s reputation as a global manufacturing innovator.
- Executive Communications: Craft compelling narratives, speeches, presentations, and briefing materials for senior executives, translating complex concepts into impactful messaging for external audiences.
- Media & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, analysts, and industry influencers to secure high-value coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, Operations) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communications.
- Project & Program Management: Lead strategic communications initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
- Crisis & Issues Management: Develop and oversee crisis communication protocols to protect and enhance the company’s reputation during critical moments.
- Social Media: Oversee the ever-changing landscape of social media and ensure the company is up to date on best practices.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategy and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Team Leadership & Agency Management: Mentor a high-performing team and manage external PR agencies to deliver best-in-class communications outcomes.
The Experience We’Re
looking to add to the team:
- Experience: 7+ years in public relations, corporate communications, or strategic advisory roles, preferably within manufacturing, technology, or consulting. Experience supporting C-suite executives is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to craft original, compelling content
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Deep understanding of media dynamics and digital platforms
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging messaging
