Job Description:

Job Summary

Batam is one of UPS Indonesia branches Operation with independently manage Inbound and Outbound volume direct from Batam to Singapore & etc.

This position will be managing day-to-day UPS Center Operation, transport management process and performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment to maintain UPS service quality, safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• This position is key player person to performs administrative tasks as assigned in Batam package center and gateway for daily operation.
• He or She can lead Batam Center Operations to maintain productivity, services quality, facility lease and maintenance, fleet management and Vendor.
• Honest, Fast Learner, good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and able to adopt operation process changes in short time.
• Experiences in Import and Export operation and have good understanding of Import Export regulation complies with Country Regulation.
• Able to perform to complete day to day Batam center operation and Export Import activity on timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma graduate with 5 years of work experience, including over 3 years specializing in export and import activity.
• English communication skill and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
