Job Description:
As VP, Change Catalyst, you will be the integrator who connects creative ingenuity, media performance, and the marketing supply chain into one seamless growth engine. Sitting at the intersection of data, creative, media, AI, and ad technology, you will design solutions that anticipate challenges, remove friction, and shape the future of how media and creativity work together. This is not a traditional operational role — it’s a strategic, solutions-oriented seat built to ensure that ideas, platforms, and processes come together to drive growth. You will report directly to the Head of Innovation and Performance Strategy.
Hybrid role based in Chicago, with in-office presence required on Thursdays (flexible up to 3 days/week).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Integration & Solutioning: Architect and operationalize connections between creative development, media activation, data intelligence, and automation platforms — ensuring tools, workflows, and people align into one system.
- Catalyze Growth: Identify and solve systemic challenges across the creative and media supply chain to unlock scalable, repeatable value.
- AI & Automation Solutioning: Partner with specialist teams to design how AI can be applied across creative and media workflows, ensuring strategies translate into working solutions that drive speed, personalization, and performance.
- Tech & Platform Expertise: Provide integration guidance on core platforms including Workfront and Adobe Creative/Experience Cloud, alongside production and creative automation tools such as Celtra, Flashtalking, Frame.io, and Stensul.
- DCO Platforms: Understand and advise on the role of dynamic creative optimization (e.g., Clinch, Flashtalking) to ensure personalization strategies are effectively enabled in market.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Diagnose organizational, process, and client pain points, designing future-proofed solutions that elevate both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior advisor to clients, demonstrating how integrated media, creative, and technology solutions translate into stronger performance and growth.
- Internal Enablement: Inspire and align cross-functional teams around new ways of working, embedding agile, AI-enabled, and data-driven practices across creative and media workflows.
- Results Orientation: Establish success metrics that tie transformation initiatives directly to business impact — stronger creative, smarter media, higher performance.
