We’re looking for a Privacy Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the Global Privacy Office in implementing and monitoring the privacy compliance framework for the enterprise-wide privacy program. With minimal supervision, the incumbent exercises sound independent judgment, including tracking processes within required applications and handling other delegated responsibilities associated with the business. This role also ensures that privacy compliance aligns with global standards and established procedures and is capable of mitigating privacy risks.
Position Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement a Global privacy compliance monitoring framework for key privacy risks (e.g., Privacy Incident Management; Privacy Impact Assessments; Privacy-Related Issues recorded in Archer) that includes:
- Defining clear roles and responsibilities.
- Defining goals and objectives of monitoring activities.
- Defining the frequency and methodology of monitoring practices.
- Providing instructions for ensuring appropriate oversight and challenge of privacy-related Issues and CAPs, including requirements for documenting these activities in RSA Archer application, and other authorized systems.
- Creating dashboards to provide Privacy and Compliance with a single view of privacy related issues, including audit issues related to client data protection and data integrity, to facilitate effective monitoring of the closure of these issues.
- Defining key privacy controls to be monitored.
- Actioning monitoring of these key controls on behalf of Global Privacy, in accordance with the to be established roles and responsibilities.
- Communicating insights, challenges, that arise from the monitoring of these key controls.
- Developing a process for how the Privacy Compliance team interacts with RCM Testing team, including Privacy involvement in developing and executing privacy testing.

Monitoring Of Controls
- Assist the GPO in developing and administering an approach to integrating privacy risk and control monitoring activities in Archer (or other available tools, as appropriate)
- Assist the GPO in monitoring compliance with the Policy through the development and administration of privacy testing plans
- Provide key privacy risk analysis and reporting of the results to the GPO and Segments
- Develop and execute processes for profiling opportunities for improvement identified through monitoring and testing activities
Documentation And Reporting
- Analyze Global and Segment privacy documentation and processes to help identify best practices, gaps, and overlaps, with a view to creating Global-level program documentation where possible
- Develop process documentation for the Segments to follow when using Archer / other tools to help drive consistent adoption
- Identify reporting improvements, including development of monitoring metrics
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the privacy risk management program as required.
- Provide general support as part of the ICS privacy team, if needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience related to privacy and risk management or compliance (regulatory,) and risk management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of cumulative experience in people leadership.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to business management, accountancy, finance, internal audit, legal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably has experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Experience with global stakeholder engagement is preferred; an audit background is a strong advantage.
- Ability to carry out expected output independently and with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in performing a range of less structured work assignments.
- Possesses basic understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technology skills including knowledge of applicable compliance or business systems.
- Basic understanding of the privacy-regulatory environment in which the Company operates and a strong understanding of key compliance requirements applicable to the business.
- Exhibited investment in compliance career (e.g. CIA or CIPM registration)
- Ability to collaborate with roles from different areas and at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to interpret and present technical information to multiple stakeholders resulting in effective stakeholder management
- Applies experience and judgment to be able to identify, assess, and clearly communicate risks and privacy-related requirements with a team to bring processes into compliance.
- Strong Microsoft skills on word, excel, power point, power BI, etc.
