As a Production Supervisor (Capacitors and Filters), you’ll lead a skilled manufacturing team at our newest facility in Hunkers PA, ensuring the seamless assembly of capacitor banks that support global energy infrastructure. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and motivate a union-represented production team to meet daily goals.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
• Monitor output quality and resolve production issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate production records and schedules.
• Train new team members and manage skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a unionized environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and production flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
