Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. This stunning historic property re open its doors as a Four Seasons Resort in August 2024.​ 

The Role of Executive Assistant to General Manager:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, highly talented and organized Executive Assistant to join our Team! 

Reporting into our General Manager, you will manage secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mail, coordinating VIP guest bookings, arrivals, and experiences, assisting in the operation when needed and other general affairs.  You will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound independent judgment, as well as for managing a complex schedule and dealing with shifting priorities. 

Our Ideal Executive Assistant candidate will have:

A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation.  You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences. Previous pre-opening experience is essential.

Fluency in Spanish and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Mallorca.
