As a Process & Logistics Associate, you will support our team both operationally and analytically in optimizing and executing logistics and process-related activities along the automotive supply chain. You bring a strong interest in complex logistics environments, work in a structured and detail-oriented way, and are capable of quickly understanding new topics. In this role, you act as a flexible contributor to process excellence, quality assurance, and operational execution – without direct leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and improvement of logistics and fulfilment processes, particularly within automotive-related operations
  • Analyse and document business processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Support on customer implementations 
  • Create and maintain packaging instructions
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives using structured approaches
  • Support quality assurance across fulfilment and warehouse processes and help standardize best practices
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and performance KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, operational teams, and external partners
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows (e.g. testing, data maintenance, training material preparation)
  • Support in quality management related topics (certifications, customer quality, complaint management)
  • Participate actively in cross-functional projects and initiatives involving logistics and process excellence

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in forwarding / logistics,
  • Initial work experience in logistics or process management, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Solid understanding of complex supply chain and logistics processes
  • Ability to quickly grasp new topics and develop practical solutions independently
  • Strong attention to detail and structured, quality-driven work approach
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CW1, Power BI, or process modelling tools is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills and high self-motivation
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
