As an Asset Liability Management Associate Director within PNC's Liquidity & Capital Planning Funding Desk organization, you will be based in New York City.This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage repo trades (bilateral, FICC GSD & GCF, Triparty) to optimize liquidity positioning.
• Monitor and analyze intraday cash flows and liquidity forecasts to support funding decisions.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and trading reports using Excel, Python, and Tableau.
• Produce market commentary and ad-hoc analysis on Treasury and repo market conditions.
• Collaborate with trading desks, risk teams, and capital markets to support enterprise liquidity strategy.
• Evaluate macroeconomic trends and their impact on repo rates and Treasury yields.
• Support counterparty credit risk assessments, including Basel III metrics and capital ratios.
• Assist in structuring and pricing analysis for Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) transactions.
• Prepare investor and regulatory presentations summarizing deal economics and performance.
• Partner with Technology and Operations teams on work related projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced coursework in Business Analytics preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in portfolio management, repo trading, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, Treasury markets, and repo instruments.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, VBA, and SQL for financial modeling and reporting.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal and other market data tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
• Prior work in a rotational analyst program or similar cross-functional role.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
- Leads financial analysis, conducts research and prepares reports. Performs due diligence and statistical analysis related to liquidity and capital planning management. Participates in stress testing efforts. May facilitate business strategy and coordinate responses and remediation activities
- Reviews relevant regulations and peer research related to liquidity and capital planning management with executive management. May work with internal teams including business lines, Finance, Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs and assist with the development of executive or board-level presentations
- Manages and performs defined procedures, analyses and report preparation. Performs data aggregation, quality assurance reporting, and routine transactions as a part of the group's liquidity and capital management responsibilities.
- Facilitates business strategy and coordinates responses and remediation activities.
- Assists in analytics/stress testing as it relates to capital and liquidity. May include executing equity/debt transactions related to liquidity and capital planning strategies.
- Using independent judgment, defines analysis required in the forecast, such as setting assumptions and determining key drivers.

Base Salary: $84,500.00 – $209,300.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
