Java Backend Engineer

• DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding. 
• The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Banks’ businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of core application modules 
• Participation in meetings with the customer 
• Maintaining project technical infrastructure (continuous integration, automated deployment) 
• Task decomposition and estimation 
• Bug fixing, test writing 
• Java development experience 5+ years 
• Good understanding of Springboot 
• Good understanding of Java coding standards and patterns, 
• Good understanding of various protocols: JMS, HTTP

Skills/Experience:

• Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) 
• Experience with database applications such as Oracle SQL 
• Good understanding of security protocols (SSL, TLS, certificates handling etc) 
• Used with Agile development methodologies and tools: Jira, Git, Maven, Teamcity, Jenkins, Artifactory and other continous integration tools
